![]() Carlos Losada Carlos Losada holds a PhD degree in Management Sciences from ESADE-Universitat Ramon Llull; an Undergraduate degree in Law from the Universidad de Barcelona (1979), and an Undergraduate and MBA degree in Business Management from ESADE (1980). He was also awarded a Harvard University Diploma from the John F. Kennedy School of Government in 1994. Before completing his studies at ESADE he began his professional career by contributing to the founding of Kernel, SA, where he was General Manager until 1981. He later joined the Catalan regional government where he held several different posts, the most recent of which was Secretary General of Public Administration and Civil Service. Member of the Executive Committee, the Governing Body and the Academic Board of Universitat Ramon Llull. President of the Postgraduate Commission of UNIJES (Jesuit Universities). President of Fundación para el Progreso Empresarial y Social. Member of the Board of Trustees of the EFMD-European Foundation for Management Development. Member of the Board of Círculo de Economía. Member of the Advisory Board of Casa Asia. Member of the public sector company Banc de Sang i Teixits. Member of the Board of Directors and President of the Strategy, Investment and Competition Commission of Gas Natural. Former President of the Board of Clickair (Vueling). He has been Associate Professor in ESADE's Department of Business Policy since 1988, specializing in managerial function, corporate strategy and public management. Sessions:
